• At the end of October 2020, Shanghai NOVA signed an anti-corrosion coating intelligent production line project contract with a company in Suzhou. Following the pace of reform and opening up, the enterprise transformed and upgraded the original old production workshop into an automatic intelligent production workshop. The leaders attached great importance to this project and made this upgrade and reconstruction a pilot. And then planned to build more automatic intelligent production lines to expand the production scale.

• Due to the impact of COVID-19, most of the annual plans were implemented in the second half of the year. As a result, the construction period of some projects is relatively tight. This is the case of Suzhou project. The general manager personally took the lead to immediately set up a project team composed of sales, technical, automation engineers, construction and others to establish a face-to-face communication team to make work plans and solve the problems of the project.

• After several adjustments, the technical director took two days to determine the project design scheme with the customer, and the production and manufacturing actively cooperated with the project schedule. In early December, the equipment was delivered in succession. All the work of NOVA was arranged very tightly. Although time is limited, each work has to be detailed, and in place. • With the joint efforts of NOVA and customer, the project has been smoothly carried out according to the expected schedule and quality. Now, the commissioning of the first phase of the project has been completed, and the second phase has been started. The senior leaders of NOVA implement remote follow-up, master the progress of the project, and implement incentive policies to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
