Pilot basket mill is a small dispersion grinding machine developed by our company for the needs of the institution and research unit, which is suitable for wet grinding of low viscosity fluid and belongs to the batch production of laboratory equipment. The machine is equipped with rotating speed digital which displays (0 ~ 2800rpm).It can realize stepless speed regulation and run for a long time with low noise. The powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia rod to cause irregular movement of the abrasive media in the cavity.The particle collides with each other at high speed and friction, so that the particle size of powder is rapidly reduced.The grinding fineness can reach about 5um and some products can be submicron or even nanometer level.

The rotating motor drives the pins and dispersing disc to rotate at high speed, which makes the upper part of dispersing disc and inner grinding chamber become vacuum. The slurry is inhaled into grinding chamber. The grinding medium driven by the driving pin inside the chamber produces force in all directions, which put materials under the action of constant collision and friction to smaller the particle size and narrow the particle size range. The vortex flow generated by high speed rotation dispersing disc absorbs materials out from the basket (grinding chamber), and the milled materials are absorbed again. Excellent effects of dispersing and grinding will be achieved.The electric lifting device rises and falls to drive the grinding device up and down together.
