   Small Coating smart set       

• NOVA provides customers with complete sets of water-based coating equipment, customized solutions and application solutions are provided according to the customer's material production process. A 1000L high-speed dispersing vessel and two 1500L paint mixing vessels with automatic temperature control, pressure measurement, measurement system and intelligent control system are displayed on site.

         Intelligent barrel-washing machine        

• The barrel-washing machine is a supporting equipment of planetary mixer or multi-functional mixer, which can automatically clean the movable material barrel. There are two types of electric type and pneumatic type. The adhesive, silica gel, ink and other high-viscosity materials on the barrel are thoroughly cleaned by a special cleaning head that is automatically adjusted. The operation is simple and safe.

• Barrel size：200-2000L（Diameter range：Φ600~Φ1500mm）

• Various slurries with material viscosity below 500,000CPS and solid content below 90%, such as silica gel, ink, sealant, structural glue, ointment, battery slurry, solder paste, ceramic slurry, jam, etc。

           Rough and fine grinding machine        

• A multi-purpose sand mill, from rough grinding to fine grinding, is completed at one time. The materials enter the rough grinding cylinder and are directly transported to the fine grinding cylinder body by the rotor pump. It is convenient and fast, and saves a lot of manpower and financial costs.

      Online intelligent powder suction machine     

• The whole process is operated by the intelligent operation screen. After the ton bag is poured into the activation hopper, it is dispersed and sucked evenly under negative pressure. The speed is 120-150KG/min, and the maximum can reach 400KG/min.

    Micron/nano-level sand mill
