Product Introduction

The conical horizontal sand mill is the best sand mill in the field of ultrafine submicron grinding. The mixing shaft can drive the grinding medium in the whole grinding drum. The high efficiency centrifugal separation system can separate the product and the abrasive medium well. This ensures that the machine works well for high-viscosity products. According to the specific requirements of the product, the machine can be designed according to different materials (such as polyurethane, ceramics, wear-resisting steel, tungsten carbide), suitable for grinding fine products with high requirements of 2μm~ 30μm.

Working Principle

Using feeding pump, the solid - liquid mixed material input cylinder which is processed by pre-dispersing and wetting. Solid - liquid phase materials with the grinding media in cylinder is high-speed disperser agitation, so that the material of solid particles and grinding media mutual produce more intense collision, friction, shear effect. It achieves the goal of accelerating grinding fine grain and dispersive aggregate. After the abrasive dispersion, the material separated by the dynamic separator and the grinding medium output from the discharge pipe. Horizontal sand mill is especially suitable for the product with high viscosity and high particle size.
