1.One year warranty and our company provides technical support for free outside the warranty period;

2.Service hotline is open all day. if we receive feedback from customers, professional engineers will reply within 1 hour;

3.If the on-site solution is needed, we will send professional technical service personnel. We promise that if the problem does not resolve, the service personnel will not leave;

4.we will visit customers regularly every six months to ensure the normal operation of customer equipment;

5.Within the warranty period, we provide the recall and maintenance service for free (except for the damage of force majeure and man-made damage). The material cost will be paid outside the warranty period;
