The laboratory mixer is a small dispersion stirring equipment produced by our company for the needs of universities, research institutes and factory laboratories. The laboratory dispersing machine band speed digital display and achieve infinitely variable speed.it also can run for a long time and keeps stable with small noise. The stirring disk is easy to disassemble, and the lifting structure adopts zero noise electric lifting, which is the ideal test equipment for the laboratory.
Working Principle
The laboratory mixer makeing the material flow in a circular flow through the high speed of the dispersive disk results in a strong vortex, which is spiraling downward to the bottom of the vortex. There are strong shear impact and friction between particles to achieve rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and emulsification.
