Nova has been established for five years and sales department overfulfilled the annual sales target in advance. In order to enhance the understanding and cohesion among employees and strengthen team building, Nova organized and carried out league building activities from August 17 to 18, 2019. Most of the company's employees attended the event. •       Nova 5th anniversary meeting                                   

On the morning of 17th, the heads of all departments made a work report, affirming the past work achievements, adjusting and improving the deficiencies, and making short-term and long-term plans for the future work. Nova grows through continuous improvement and exercise. In the current unstable domestic and foreign markets, all the sales staff worked hard and had exceeded the annual sales target of the company. •       Anji Deep Creek Canyon Drifting                     

Due to the hot weather after lunch, the company organized the most suitable project for summer, "canyon rafting". Anji deep stream canyon rafting is located at the entrance of hongjia village, baofu town, anji. The main road is the stream road of the source water of huangpu river, and the whole journey is about 2 kilometers. Here, the natural ecology and artificial landscape blend into one and complement each other, forming a green barrier of harmony between man and nature. In the hot weather, you can feel the freshness and cool around you. The natural fall of the raft along the mountain slope, raising a wave of water, exciting and surprising. Sometimes the rapids pentium makes your heart beat faster, surprise repeatedly. Everybody had a good time

•       Buffet barbecue                                                                  

To enhance team friendship, Nova company organizes a buffet barbecue on the lawn of snail valley base in the evening. Beer and barbecue always go well together. Several people sit together,, while drinking beer and eating barbecue. Surrounded by mountains, the air is fresh. The breeze is breezy. There were voices of chatting, exhortations and laughter, and everywhere there was an atmosphere of joy.

•       Group building activities                                 

On the morning of 18th, the group construction activities began in anji snail valley group construction and expansion of the base. It aims to enhance the cohesion of the staff, establish positive communication, mutual trust, unity and cooperation between the staff, cultivate team awareness, and increase the sense of responsibility of the staff. The league building activities were carried out in four projects, including "the coach said, speed 60 seconds, challenge NO.1, swim raft”, in the course of the activity, all staff faced the challenge and successfully completed the tasks.
