Shanghai NOVA participated in the 21st international adhesives exhibition in the same location in 2018 last year. They are 200L double planet mixer, 2L lab planet mixer and 500L Double-layer coaxial dispersion agitator: 

200L double planet mixer

The mixer is equipped with a low speed dispersion unit and a high speed dispersion unit. High-speed dispersion unit complete revolution with the planet frame and complete rotation, which causes the material to undergo intense shear and dispersion mixing. The dispersing parts are divided into single dispersing shaft and double dispersing shaft. Customers can choose according to their needs. The equipment can be vacuumed, heated and cooled. Speed can be adjusted according to the situation. Equipment matching press can discharge the material more conveniently.

Product features:

1. The soft seal between the mechanical seal and the body of the kettle enables the material to operate under vacuum.

2. The body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil. The unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures that the temperature error of the material is less than ±1℃. The cooling can be realized by the jacket, the bottom jacket, the inner coil of the jacket and the guide plate.

3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by large vertical lathe and is automatically polished by a large polishing machine. It makes sure that the movable scraper on the planetary shelf completely removes the material on the inner wall of the kettle while rotating.

4. The stirring OARS in the kettle completes revolution while rotating, which allows material to flow adequately. Thus the mixing effect can be achieved in a very short time.

5. The revolution and rotation of the stirred slurry in the kettle are regulated by frequency conversion. Different speed can be chosen according to different process and different viscosity.

2L lab planet mixer

2L laboratory planet mixer is a new product developed independently by nova in combination with the strong demand of customers in the last exhibition. It is a new and efficient mixing equipment developed for universities, research institutes and factory laboratories. The laboratory planet mixer consists of a low speed mixer and a high speed distributor. It has good effect of mixing, reaction, dispersion and dissolution, which is suitable for dispersion and mixing for solid–liquid and liquid-liquid. Because of its great output torque, it is especially suitable for viscosity products. The equipment has the function of wall hanging and bottom scraping. The equipment is equipped with extrusion device and slide track to realize the integration of stirring and discharging.

500L coaxial dispersion agitator:

The kettle mixer has the function of stirring and mixing for liquid-liquid and powder-liquid. The agitator blades are driven by the power unit and rotate in a fixed direction. In the process of rotation, it drives the material to do axial and radial rotation and the material can be dissolved and mixed quickly. The equipment has dispersion, emulsification, heating, cooling and other functions to meet the needs of different production processes. The equipment can run for a long time. Mixing forms can be customized according to different technological requirements, such as paddle type, anchor type, frame type (with hanging wall), screw type, etc.
