19th China International Agrochemical&Crop protection Exhibition(CAC) ended successfully in Shanghai new international expo center on March 7-9, 2018. Nova is committed to the development and manufacture of intelligent manufacturing production line for pesticide. Nova adopts project general contracting mode which sets design, procurement, installation, debugging, training in one to provide services for pesticide enterprises.

During the exhibition, we attracted many domestic and foreign customers to consult and discuss in the booth. Through communicating with customers, we understand the customer's demand for pesticide equipment and the technical difficulties encountered in production. In response to these, Nova has given professional advice and preliminary solutions.Throughout the process, we met many new customers and brought new solutions to our old customers.

The characteristics of Nova pesticide production equipment:
The control instrument is intelligent and automatic. Liquid conveying uses pipe and powder solid conveying is pneumatization and mechanization, which greatly reduce labor cost and improve working environment. Because most pesticides have irritating odors and are toxic, the sealing of multifunctional reactor adopts double end mechanical seal. It can achieve absolute seal. At the same time, it is safe and environmental friendly. The whole operating space has no irritating odor.

High shear emulsifier produced by Nova adopts jet emulsion head, which makes the overall liquid flow vertically disperse and mix. The powder on the suspended surface can dissolve rapidly into the liquid and there's no precipitation at the bottom. It efficiently reduces particle size and accelerates reaction, which improves mixing efficiency and uniformity.
Effective horizontal sand mill adopts the golden ratio standard rotor and cylinder arrangement mode. This machine’s flow is large. When discharging the material, the material flow is smooth. Multifunctional reaction is used in the pesticide. Multifunctional reaction sets low speed stirring, high speed dispersion, rapid emulsification in one. Different processes choose different ways of mixing. Stirring, dispersing and emulsifying can be done simultaneously, and can be used separately.
